Good evening everyone. Boy what a beautiful day. What beauty in His creation! And He let’s us share in it by using the very senses He created in us. We can see it, we can hear it, we can even smell it. Not bad for something formed out of nothing wouldn’t you say.
I just got word of a local young man who committed suicide today. I’ve known his dad for many years going all the way back to our high school days. I can’t imagine how he must be hurting right now and I certainly can’t understand how life could get so desperate for a person that they would take their own life. But God knows and He is still in control. Please pray for this family.
I have compiled the Wonderful Words of Life series into a small booklet and saved it in a pdf format. I have attempted to create a link to it so it can be retrieved and used by any of you. If the following link doesn’t work and you would like to have the complied version I can email it to you. Just let me know. So here it is: Wonderful Words of Life
I’m not sure what I will move to now. But I think I might do a few takes on issues that are causing our churches to become apathetic and complacent resulting in a diluted gospel and a lack of real ministry and evangelism. I have a few in mind but I need to make sure that is the way the Lord is leading me at this time. It might be a week or two before a conclusion is reached regarding the matter. However, I will have a post each week until then if nothing more that just staying in touch with you.
I hope all of you have a great day in the Lord tomorrow as we honor our mothers for what they have done for us. I realize that most of us have already lost our mother but tomorrow will be a good time to reflect on all the good memories that God has allowed us to keep. May God richly bless each of you. I love you with the love of the Lord!
